Individual Sessions and Family Sessions
The type of therapy you choose will be largely driven by your needs and the goals you want to achieve. For many, therapy is a journey to find or grow within oneself. For others, it is important to address or resolve the wounds of the past with loved ones and find healthier ways forward together.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
45-60 minute sessions
In person and telehealth available
ages 12 years old and up

FAMILY THERAPY
60-90 minute sessions
In person session or telehealth
Family sessions can be 2-5 people
children ages 8 and up allowed as discussed during intake and goal setting
