HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Most insurances cover therapy and you may have a copay or amount applicable until your deductible is met depending on your individual plan.

In all five states, I am an in-network provider with Aetna/Meritain Health, Cigna, United HealthCare/Optum, Optum EAP and UMR.

I am also contracted with an entity called Headway to allow me to offer services to most BCBS plans Oscar, Oxford, Providence Health Plan, Quest Behavioral Health, Select Health (Colorado only) and any additional Aetna, Cigna, UHC plans that may not be covered in my practice for some reason.  Please contact me to discuss your particular plan and consider looking at Headway's site (Headway | Find Therapists Covered by Your Insurance) to understand more about how they help partner clients and providers for mental health care that is affordable and accessible.

Private pay services are available and cost ranges from $100-150 depending on the type of service and length of session.  A sliding scale is available to those without coverage, please call to discuss further.
